Demo from the Gododdin album pre-production when the song was a bit slower, which gives more space for backing vocals in the mid-section.
An intro choir was originally meant to be our Gododdin album intro, but as we eventually chose another track as the album opener it wasn't recorded until now.
The words are taken from the 13th century Old East Slavic epic "Слово о пълкѹ игоревѣ", close to the language and time period of the late Kievan Rus', though we can't make promises about the pronunciation quality hah.

Absolutely in love with the full length album (check it out too!!) "The Conquest..." I decided to get the demo too. A bit unfair that I discovered the newest first, so this is biased in a way, but the demo definitely sets the solid ground for what is to come next.
